Crustless quiches are easy to make, especially if you prep ahead. the entire recipe is just one weight watchers point!
Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers sliced
- 1 onion sliced
- four eggs
- 2 tablespoons of Kodiak protein pancake mix
- cooking spray
Instructions
- I cut bell peppers and onions sautéed then beat four eggs and added 2 tablespoons of Kodiak protein pancake mix added spray oil to the pan and the veggies then pour the egg mixture. Cook for about five minutes then I put a plate on top of the pan so I could flip it and then put it back on for another four minute. It’s actually really good. You can season it however you want it. I just use salt and pepper.
