Copycat Snickers Salad

I tried the lightened up copycat snickers salad and omg was it delicious!I split it into two servings so each serving is three weight watchers points!

I totally felt like I was cheating! Only 6 for the whole recipe

Oh, and using the peanut butter cup syrup in place of water in the PB2 was a game changer

Ingredients

  • 1 apple cut into chunks
  • 1 barebells caramel cashew protein bar
  • 2 tbsp of the peanut butter powder
  • peanut butter cup syrup in place of water

Instructions

  1. I just cut up an apple into chunks and I chopped up the protein bar. I mixed 2 tbsp of the peanut butter powder with enough syrup to get the consistency that I wanted And I added everything to the bowl and topped it with the peanut butter sauce.
