COPYCAT LOW CALORIE WENDY’S FROSTY

Do you Love a Wendy’s Frosty? Chocolate, Vanilla, Delicious and Oh! way too many calories right… Wrong, not with this Low-Calorie Wendy’s Frosty Recipe.  No need to feel guilty indulging in this tasty Milkshake. This Copycat Wendy’s Frosty Recipe is loaded with flavor and low in calories and carbs.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sugar-Free Fat-Free Chocolate Pudding Mix or Vanilla, Butterscotch, Pistachio – pick your favorite flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Packets of Stevia
  • About 10-12 Ice Cubes
  • Optional – 2 Tablespoons of Cool Whip Lite

INSTRUCTIONS

1: Take all of your Ingredients and add to your Nutribullet or Blender

2: Mix or Blend for One Minute

3: Pour and Serve Yum!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1cup skim milk
  • 2tablespoons fat-free sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1teaspoon vanilla
  • 2tablespoons fat-free cool whip
  • 8ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  • Place everything in a blender and blend 3-4 minutes. Place in a glass. I put mine in the freezer for 4-5 minutes. Drink carefully as it will give you a brain freeze.
  • If you like strawberry shakes, try substituting the chocolate mix with cheesecake and use frozen unsweetened strawberries in the place of the ice.
  • Or pistachio pudding mix, with frozen unsweetened pineapple and 1 tsp of coconut extract (sort of like a pina colada).
  • Or banana cream pudding FF/SF of course, ½ a banana, 10 ice cubes, and of course Fat Free Cool Whip.
