Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie (WW-Friendly)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk – 0 points
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (like

Premier Protein powder) – 1-2 points

  • 1 tosp PB2 powdered peanut butter (reconstituted with water) – 1 point
  • 1 tosp unsweetened cocoa powder – 0

points

  • 1/2 frozen banana – 0 points
  • Handful of ice – 0 points
  • Dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract (optional) – 0 points

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve cold and enjoy like a milkshake!

Optional Add-Ins (adjust points):

  • 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt – 0 points (adds creaminess + protein)
