Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls

These Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Balls taste like cookie dough with an amazing smooth and chewy texture. They are packed with nutritious ingredients like blended oats, peanut butter, sugar free maple syrup, protein powder, and no sugar added milk chocolate chips- making for the perfect no bake snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats- blended into oat flour. You can use gluten- free oats, if neeeded.
  • 1/2 cup or 4 oz. vanilla protein powder- I use Clean Simple Eats simply vanilla 
  • 1/4 cup sugar free maple syrup – I use Choczero syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice 
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut or nut butter (I like to use Better n’ Peanut Butter)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 Tbsp or 90 grams no sugar added milk chocolate chips- I use Choczero milk no sugar added chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Blend oats using a food processor or blender. Blend until the oats are a flour consistency.
  2. In a large mixing bowl combine the oat flour, protein powder, sugar free maple syrup, nut butter, and vanilla. Gradually add milk until desired texture. Mix until dough forms
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips and mix until well combined
  4. Using your hands measure out one tablespoon of batter and roll into a ball. Continue until all 15 protein balls are made. Place protein balls on a cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or enjoy immediately
  5. Store in the fridge for later or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
