Chocolate Banana Peanut Butter Bark Recipe

This chocolate banana peanut butter bark offers serious candy bar vibes. And the entire recipe is just three Weight Watchers points! And the chocolate peanut butter powder and melted chocolate offer plenty of richness. It’s such a delish sweet treat when you’re craving really rich, intense PB flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1-2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt.
  • 1-2 tablespoons flavored skinny mix or some kind of sweetener
  • 1-2 tablespoons of peanut butter powder (I use this one because I love the flavor, nutrition data and price)
  • 30 lily’s dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. slice up bananas and set aside.
  2. Combine 1/2 Cup cottage cheese and 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt and 1-2 Tbl flavored skinny mix or some kind of sweetener (I used sugar cookie for mine.) Blend until it looks like cool whip. No lumps.
  3. Add 2 Tbl of peanut butter powder.
  4. Pour mixture over banana slices. Melt a few lily’s dark chocolate chips and drizzle over mixture. Freeze. Break into pieces.
