ingredients:

flour

Onion powder

Avocado oil – 1.00 tbsp

DIrections:

  1. Take a large beetroot, wash it and grind it.
  2. Cut into cubes.
  3. Cook for 15 minutes, save the juice (it is better to steam).
  4. Blend flax seeds
  5. Add boiled beets, juice and avocado oil to blended flax seeds. Let’s blend it all together and then take it out in a bowl.
  6. If desired, add chia seeds and black sesame seeds, as well as garlic and onion powder. ground pepper and salt to taste.
  7. Mix it all and add a little gluten-free flour. Mix well and let stand for 15 minutes.
  8. Transfer the beetroot mass to the parchment paper, cover the top with the parchment paper and roll it up. Bake for 5-8 minutes
  9. Then cut into the desired shapes and put in the oven again for 20 minutes.
    Beet chips are ready, which you can eat calmly and feed even the little ones.
