Ingredients
- 2 cans black beans drained & rinsed
- 2 cans pinto beans drained & rinsed
- 1 can corn drained & rinsed
- 1 large diced tomato
- 1 diced pepper red, green, yellow, or orange
- 1/2 diced red onion
- 2 T chopped garlic
- 2 T chopped cilantro
- 2 finely diced fresh jalapeño
- Juice of 2 limes
- Salt & pepper to taste
