Cheesecake with Graham Cracker Crumbles and Cream

3 points per serving Weight watchers Points breakdown for this cheesecake with fresh mango: the cool whip used is sugar free, and the cheesecake alone is only 1 weight watchers point. Since the cheesecake main ingredient is yogurt you can have your dessert and protein also!

Ingredients

  • 3 Cups Plain fat free greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 Cups fat free cottage cheese
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 Cup Splenda
  • 1 T vanilla extract
  • 1 package Jello sugar free cheesecake flavor instant pudding
  • 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs per serving
  • 2 tablespoons sugar free cool whip per serving

Instructions

  1. line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment
  2. -preheat oven to 350
  3. -Mix first 5 ingredients together until smooth
  4. -add pudding mix a little at a time and mix well
  5. -pour into pan
  6. -bake for about 35-40 minutes or until middle of cake feels springy
  7. add toppings per serving (adds two points to each serving bringing each serving to a total of three weight watchers points
  8. 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs (per serving)
  9. 2 tablespoons sugar free cool whip (per serving )
