Ingredients
- 3 Cups Plain fat free greek yogurt
- 1 1/2 Cups fat free cottage cheese
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Splenda
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 1 package Jello sugar free cheesecake flavor instant pudding
- 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs per serving
- 2 tablespoons sugar free cool whip per serving
Instructions
- line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment
- -preheat oven to 350
- -Mix first 5 ingredients together until smooth
- -add pudding mix a little at a time and mix well
- -pour into pan
- -bake for about 35-40 minutes or until middle of cake feels springy
- add toppings per serving (adds two points to each serving bringing each serving to a total of three weight watchers points
- 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs (per serving)
- 2 tablespoons sugar free cool whip (per serving )
