- 1/2 cup (60g) shredded cheddar
- 1 tablespoon almond flour (finely ground almonds)
- 1/4 cup (20g) grated zucchini (or finely chopped fresh broccoli florets, or a mixture!)
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl using a fork.
- Pour half of the mixture into your chaffle maker and cook for 4 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Repeat with the other half of the chaffle batter, then serve hot.
