A simple recipe for a delicious and healthy cauliflower salad.
ingredients: 1 medium cauliflower 1 lettuce leaves 1 parsley olive oil 3 pieces of Red pepper 1 medium onion 1 Lemon Pepper and salt to taste
direction:
Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and put it in the prepared boiling water. Boil for 2 minutes. Then strain it until it is well drained. In the meantime, cut our beautiful peppers . For example, I use red, green and yellow peper , and it also makes a salad beautiful. Then cut the onion, greens, lettuce leaves and add the strained, cooked cabbage. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle about a little or half a lemon juice. Drizzle with as much olive oil as you like. Mix all this well and the salad is ready. Hope you like it. Enjoy it!
