Cauliflower Pizza Steaks

I tried cauliflower pizza steaks today. There were SO good! What I love about this recipe is that it is carbohydrate free and if you follow Weight Watchers the entire recipe is three points!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked cauliflower cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cup 2tore-bought marinara sauce (personally I’m obsessed with this low-carb marinara sauce that tastes like a dream come true)
  • 1/2 cup Kraft fat free shredded  mozzarella cheese 
  • Cooking spray 
  • 1 cup mushrooms 

Directions:

  1. Cut cauliflower about one inch thick. spray each side with some olive oil and put on parchment paper.
  2. Roast them about 25-30 min at 425 degrees.
  3. Turn over at half way point. I did the roasting early in the day and put in fridge.
  4. When they’re ready to eat, take them out of the fridge and put on toppings (cheese, additional veggies and sauce) and broil for a few minutes.

This entire recipe has three servings and each serving has 1 Weight Watchers point.
