I tried cauliflower pizza steaks today. There were SO good! What I love about this recipe is that it is carbohydrate free and if you follow Weight Watchers the entire recipe is three points!
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked cauliflower cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup 2tore-bought marinara sauce (personally I’m obsessed with this low-carb marinara sauce that tastes like a dream come true)
- 1/2 cup Kraft fat free shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup mushrooms
Directions:
- Cut cauliflower about one inch thick. spray each side with some olive oil and put on parchment paper.
- Roast them about 25-30 min at 425 degrees.
- Turn over at half way point. I did the roasting early in the day and put in fridge.
- When they’re ready to eat, take them out of the fridge and put on toppings (cheese, additional veggies and sauce) and broil for a few minutes.
This entire recipe has three servings and each serving has 1 Weight Watchers point.
