- Plain fat free Greek yogurt
- 1½ cup s
- Chocolate peanut butter powder
- ⅔ cup s
- Dried dates
- ⅔ cup s, chopped
- Unsalted dry roasted almonds
- ⅓ cup s, chopped
- Lily’s Milk Chocolate Style Baking Chips
- 4 oz about 2/3 cup
- Flaky salt
- ½ tsp
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt and peanut butter powder until well combined. Spread the yogurt mixture into a 12 x 9–inch rectangle on a parchment paper–lined sheet pan. Sprinkle the dates and almonds evenly over the yogurt mixture.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave the chocolate chips on High until melted, about 1 minute, stopping to stir every 20 seconds. Drizzle the chocolate evenly over the yogurt mixture, spreading and lightly swirling to cover the mixture as much as possible. Sprinkle the salt over the top. Place the pan in the freezer and freeze until firm, 1 to 1 ½ hours. Cut into 12 equal pieces.
