Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk 1 point
- 1/2 cup flour 6 points
- 3 eggs 0 points
- Fresh parsley chopped and dill 0 points
- chopped fresh veggies 0 points
- 1/2 cup low fat cheese 2 points
Instructions
- Place veggies on bottom of pan, add cheese on top and then pour the mixture on top of that.
- The mixture is the milk, eggs, flour and fresh herbs.
- Bake in an 8×8 pan with foil on top at 350 for 30 minutes.
