This Brunchtastic frittata recipes makes 20 servings. Each serving is zero points on Weight Watchers Blue.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk 1 point
  • 1/2 cup flour 6 points
  • 3 eggs 0 points
  • Fresh parsley chopped and dill 0 points
  • chopped fresh veggies 0 points
  • 1/2 cup low fat cheese 2 points

Instructions

  1. Place veggies on bottom of pan, add cheese on top and then pour the mixture on top of that.
  2. The mixture is the milk, eggs, flour and fresh herbs.
  3. Bake in an 8×8 pan with foil on top at 350 for 30 minutes.

this Frittata is also 1 point per serving on WW blue if you cut it into 10 servings!
