It’s a base for a mug cake and you can dress it up anyway you like. If you stick to 0 point sweeteners, it is 2 weight watchers points. And it’s super filling

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 individual cup of unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 serving of protein powder of choice depending on the powder if it’s 1-2 scoops
  • fresh blueberries
  • lemon juice
  • swerve powdered sugar
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Mix well and add to a lightly greased mug. Microwave for 2-1/2-3 mins until center is done. Do not over cook or it will get rubbery.
  2. Today I added fresh blue berries and made a glaze with lemon juice and swerve powdered sugar.
