2 points I had to share this Blueberry Protein mug cake A friend just shared with me! This has been her breakfast or sweet treat for a while now. It’s a base for a mug cake and you can dress it up anyway you like. If you stick to 0 point sweeteners, it is 2 weight watchers points. And it’s super filling
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 individual cup of unsweetened applesauce
- 1 serving of protein powder of choice depending on the powder if it’s 1-2 scoops
- fresh blueberries
- lemon juice
- swerve powdered sugar
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Mix well and add to a lightly greased mug. Microwave for 2-1/2-3 mins until center is done. Do not over cook or it will get rubbery.
- Today I added fresh blue berries and made a glaze with lemon juice and swerve powdered sugar.
