Makes 9 cakes and each is two weight watchers points! Not only are these cakes easy to make, but they are packed with protein. The cakes ends up with a wonderfully moist and custardy texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Kodiak mix
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 Cup unsweetened applesauce.
- 1/2 cup water.
- 1/4 Cup sweetener
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Blueberries
- cooking spray
Instructions
- combine egg, water, water, applesauce
- & sweetener. Blend together with the Kodiak mix & baking powder and fold in blueberries
- Bake in the oven 350° 15-20 min
