These Blueberry cheese roll ups are just 1 point each. Honestly their taste like crepes minus the eggs!

- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon zero calorie sweetener
- 1/2 cup Fat free cottage cheese
- Lemon zest as much as you like
- dash of vanilla
- 1 carb counter wrap
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- to make the Filling: take the Blueberries
- (Heat slightly in pan with a tablespoon of
- water and a teaspoon of your fav zero calorie sweetener ) Just enough to soften them.
- Mix cottage cheese with Lemon zest (as much as you like) Add a dash of vanilla and your fav zero calorie sweetner in a bowl.
- (Sweeten it to your liking)
- take your carb counter tortilla
- Add Layer of cottage cheese mix add blueberry mixture on top
- Roll up your tortilla .. spray with cooking spray and grill it in a pan.
- Let cool before you eat it
