Blueberry cheese roll ups

These Blueberry cheese roll ups are just 1 point each. Honestly their taste like crepes minus the eggs!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon zero calorie sweetener
  • 1/2 cup Fat free cottage cheese
  • Lemon zest as much as you like
  • dash of vanilla
  • 1 carb counter wrap
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. to make the Filling: take the Blueberries
  2. (Heat slightly in pan with a tablespoon of
  3. water and a teaspoon of your fav zero calorie sweetener ) Just enough to soften them.
  4. Mix cottage cheese with Lemon zest (as much as you like) Add a dash of vanilla and your fav zero calorie sweetner in a bowl.
  5. (Sweeten it to your liking)
  6. take your carb counter tortilla
  7. Add Layer of cottage cheese mix add blueberry mixture on top
  8. Roll up your tortilla .. spray with cooking spray and grill it in a pan.
  9. Let cool before you eat it
