These banana bread waffles, which are just 2 WW SP each, are a healthy, easy-to-make-ahead breakfast sure to make your mornings.

Ingredients
2 Bananas ripe and mashed
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Pinch salt
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp maple extract
2 large eggs
4 tsp Smart Balance melted and cooled
Instructions
Preheat your waffle maker and melt Smart Balance in the microwave (about 20 sec) and allow to cool. Mash bananas and set aside.
In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and powdered sugar. Stir together.
In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, mashed bananas, milk, vanilla and maple extracts, and melted Smart Balance.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until mixture is completely uniform.
Spray waffle iron and cook waffles (roughly 3 tbsp/waffle) until golden on either side. Serve with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
