balsamic glazed roasted feta cheese vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 large Zucchini
  • 1 yellow squash
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup fat free feta cheese
  • Garlic salt
  • Dill
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze

Instructions

  1. Place chopped vegetables in an even layer on prepared pan, coat with cooking spray, and sprinkle with garlic salt and fat free feta cheese crumbles. Greek seasoning and dill.
  2. Lastly drizzled with balsamic glaze.
  3. Roasted for 20 mins on 400!
  4. Simple easy delicious side.
