This banana blueberry Oatmeal bake recipe is super easy and perfect for meal prep! three weight watchers points for the entire recipe!
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup fat free milk or a milk alternative
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon optional
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your air fryer or oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Mash Bananas:
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. (Leave a few banana slices to add to the top.
- Combine Ingredients:
- Add the rolled oats, milk, baking powder, cinnamon, egg and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
- Prepare for Baking:
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish or air fryer-safe pan lined with parchment paper. Add banana slices and blueberries to the top
- Bake:
- Place the dish in the preheated air fryer or oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is set and golden.
- Serve:
- Let it cool slightly before slicing. Enjoy it warm or at room temperature!
