This Asian Glazed Salmon in Foil is so simple to make! The combination of honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil takes the salmon to the next level-plus cooking the salmon in foil keeps it very moist and infuses all the flavors!

Ingredients
- 4 (4 oz.) salmon fillets or 1 lb. fillet cut into 4 servings
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp grated fresh ginger or 1/2 tsp dried ginger
- 1/2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil- to protect baking sheet.
In a small mixing bowl combine, honey, garlic, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Whisk until well combined. - Tear off a 24 inch x 18 inch piece of foil. Fold it in half to make a 18 x 12 foil piece.
- Place foil piece on top of prepared baking sheet.
- Place salmon fillets on the center of the foil.
- Fold the edges of the foil inward- so the honey mixture stays in.
- Pour honey mixture over the salmon. Fold foil over salmon, covering completely and seal completely, by pressing the edges together.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
- Open the top of foil and set oven to broil.
- Broil for 5-7 minutes, or until salmon is caramelized.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds, if desired.

- Serve with cauliflower rice, jasmine rice (for additional points), or brown rice.
