4 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
2 tablespoons granulated sugar (or a sugar substitute for fewer points)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons cornstarch
4 low-fat graham crackers, crushed
2 teaspoons unsalted butter, melted


Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
