Ingredients
- 8 Light Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks cut in half and frozen overnight (I used Kroger brand)
- 8 g Flour
- 12 g Bread Crumbs
- 2Â Eggs
- Oil Spray
- Seasonings optional
Instructions
- – Preheat air fryer to 350°
- – Lightly spray mozzarella with butter spray (this will help the flour stick)
- – Add flour to one of your bowls (along with optional seasonings), eggs in your second bowl and bread crumbs to your third bowl
- – Coat mozzarella with flour, then egg then bread crumbs
- – Spray air fryer and both sides of the sticks then place in a single layer
- – Cook for ~8 minutes or until golden, tossing halfway through
- – Enjoy!
- Tip: To help save time, fill the air fryer with your first batch to cook while you prep the rest
