Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks -Less than one point per stick Weight Watchers

Weight Watchers Points Breakdown Recipe yields 2 servings— 8 sticks per serving (yes, EIGHT per serving).💙💜💚6 –Each mozzarella stick is less than ONE POINT!!!!!!

Ingredients

  • 8 Light Part Skim Mozzarella String Cheese Sticks cut in half and frozen overnight (I used Kroger brand)
  • 8 g Flour
  • 12 g Bread Crumbs
  • 2 Eggs
  • Oil Spray
  • Seasonings optional

Instructions

  1. – Preheat air fryer to 350°
  2. – Lightly spray mozzarella with butter spray (this will help the flour stick)
  3. – Add flour to one of your bowls (along with optional seasonings), eggs in your second bowl and bread crumbs to your third bowl
  4. – Coat mozzarella with flour, then egg then bread crumbs
  5. – Spray air fryer and both sides of the sticks then place in a single layer
  6. – Cook for ~8 minutes or until golden, tossing halfway through
  7. – Enjoy!
  8. Tip: To help save time, fill the air fryer with your first batch to cook while you prep the rest
