Ingredients
- 2 medium Apple
- 16 oz Pillsbury Moist Supreme
- Sugar Free Classic Yellow
- Cake Mix
- 3/4 cup s Planet Oat Unsweetened
- Vanilla Oatmilk
- 2 item s Egg
- 1/2 cup s Chobani Zero Sugar Vanilla Flavor Nonfat
- Yogurt
- 2 tsp Kroger Ground cinnamon
- 1 cup s Lankato Sugar free powdered monkfruit sweetener with erythritol
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Ground nutmeg
Instructions
- To make the glaze: Mix the powdered monkfruit, two tablespoons of oatmilk and add the vanilla extract– Chill mixture in the fridge for a few minutes
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees
- Peel, core and chop apples into small pieces
- Add cake mix to a bowl, milk, yogurt, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, mix well, then fold in
- your cut apples.
- Spoon heaping spoonfuls of the mixture into five dollops on your parchment lined air frier basket.
- Air fry for 8 min turning over after 4 min. I do spray them with cooking spray
- when they start and when I turn them over
- Take them out, let them rest on the rack and drizzle with glaze while they’re still hot.
- AIR FRY FIVE AT A TIME AND Repeat until you have made 25 fritters.
