3 Ingredient – Low Fat Frozen Peanut Butter Pudding

Tastes like ice cream, but lower in sugar and fat. This healthy 3 ingredient, light, frozen peanut butter pudding is a summer favorite!

This pudding recipe makes four servings, and each serving is 93 calories, 7 grams protein, 14 g carbs and 1 gram of fat!

Ingredients:
2 cups skim milk
1 envelope vanilla sugar free pudding mix
3 tablespoons peanut butter powder

Instructions

  • Blend together with a mixer to make pudding, and put it in the freezer to freeze. 
  • When you are ready to eat, set it out for 20 minutes or the peanut butter pudding softens enough to scoop out with a spoon.
