Ingredients:
- 8 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 pepperoni slices
- Seasonings: salt, Italian herbs, oregano (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- On parchment-lined baking sheet, make 8 cheese piles (~1 tbsp each), slightly bigger than pepperoni.
- Top each with pepperoni and sprinkle seasonings.
- Bake 7 minutes; for extra crispiness, broil last 1-2 minutes.
- Let cool and harden before enjoying!
