2-Ingredient pizza Chips | WW Friendly

Points: About 2 points per serving (4 chips)


Ingredients:

  • 8 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 pepperoni slices
  • Seasonings: salt, Italian herbs, oregano (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. On parchment-lined baking sheet, make 8 cheese piles (~1 tbsp each), slightly bigger than pepperoni.
  3. Top each with pepperoni and sprinkle seasonings.
  4. Bake 7 minutes; for extra crispiness, broil last 1-2 minutes.
  5. Let cool and harden before enjoying!

Notes:

  • More salt = less grease.
  • Italian seasoning and oregano boost flavor big time!
