2-ingredient pizza chips

These quick and easy chips are great for snacking during movies or as a side to your main dishes. They are also an excellent choice for kids’ parties. Serving: Makes 16 chips

Ingredients:

2/3 cup (80 g) low moisture shredded mozzarella cheese

48 slices (21 g) mini pepperoni

Directions:

Preheat and Prepare: Start by heating your oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease 16 cups of a mini muffin pan to get ready for the chips.

Assemble the Chips: Spoon 2 teaspoons of mozzarella cheese into each greased muffin cup. Lightly press the cheese down into the cups, then top with three slices of mini pepperoni on each.

Add a Flavor Twist: Sprinkle a little Italian seasoning over each cup for that extra zing.

Bake: Place in the oven and bake for about 8 minutes, or until the edges of the cheese are dark golden brown.

Cool and Serve: Let the chips cool slightly before removing them from the pan. Serve warm, perhaps with marinara sauce for dipping.
