2 Ingredient Dough Cinnamon Twists – 1 Point on Weight Watchers

Ingrediets:

1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup self-rising flour
optional: vanilla
2 eggs for egg wash
cinnamon
optional: powdered sugar for topping or glaze

Directions:

Combine yogurt and flour (on a floured surface) until it forms a ball.

Roll the dough out into strands and twist two around each other. Egg wash. Bake in an Air Fryer at 400* for 10 minutes. You can also bake them in the oven.Dust with powdered sugar

NOTES:

Each cinnamon twist will be less than 1 SP each. Depending on the amount of twists you get out of each batch could change the Smart Points, just calculate based on your personal experience. The whole batch is 12 points.
