1 point spinach pie has been my go to WW lunch or breakfast!
(All approximations as i don’t typically measure 0 point ingredients)
INGREDIENTS
- 16oz sauteed/cooked spinach
- 1/2 jar julienned roasted red pepper
- 3chopped garlic cloves
- 4large eggs
- 8oz fat free cottage cheese
- 1cup fat free cheddar cheese (measured)
- 4T (measured) Kraft parm cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
This made two pies at 4 pieces each, baked at 375 degrees for about 30-35 minutes (until golden brown)
Topped with hot sauce and so delicious!
